  • We don’t always make the healthiest choices when we’re out to lunch
  • We hit the vending machines at work a little too much
  • This job can be very stressful with the high demands, unreasonable timelines and the weight of the world placed upon our shoulders.
  • Many of us will be in this field for a VERY long time.

In 2014 I decided to take back control. I was exhausted all the time, had lower back problems and I was slowly adding on weight. I started working out at home to home fitness workouts, learned how to meal prep for the week and joined an online accountability group. Now I am much healthier, stronger and invigorated.

I am looking for SERIOUS and MOTIVATED I.T. Professionals who are ready to take control of their health and fitness.
